And don’t worry, if you’re new to exercise and dieting it’s ok because what I’m following isn’t some kind of strict diet, no, this is actually very easy to follow and I’m having fun.
What am I following?
It’s a program by Jen Ferruggia a fitness model and personal trainer called Bikini Body Workouts. I’ve recently written a review and you can read my Bikini Body Workouts review here.
I go into detail explaining what it is and what’s included in my review but basically it’s a complete workout program that comes with a nutrition guide, shopping lists and workout videos.
It’s only a one time payment of $29.99 and you get EVERYTHING.
The best part is, you can do these workouts at home or at the gym. I’m doing my workouts both at the gym and at home.
I can only get to the gym 2 times a week, so the other 2 times I workout will be at home. So, I’m working out 4 times per week but, if you’re just starting out you can start with 3 times per week.

Ok so this last month I’ve been following Bikini Body Workouts and I can tell you that it really is an amazing program.
So far it’s working wonders because I’ve already dropped a dress size but I’m feeling amazing.
First you need to get your diet right. Jen teaches you how to get the right mindset so you can change the way you’re eating now.
That’s if you’re not eating healthy.
Then she gives you the 12 week workout program and girl, this ain’t no ordinary workout. It’s fun but you do need to work it.
If you’re following her gym program then there’s exercises to follow along with that require gym equipment.
If you’re doing it at home. then all you need is resistance bands and some space to move.
